24/7 The laptop computer was hooked up to the speakers by the western wall and the Elsewhere Right Now concert was played through them. On the screen could be seen a movie of streaming water. A drawing of two heads, some swirling shapes, a crescent moon with a figure atop it and the skyline of a city was placed on the wall above the computer screen, right below the photograph of some cut-out drawings of two figures performing a concert. Another drawing was also attached to the western wall, above the cut-out drawing of a figure playing instruments in an apartment; this drawing depicted a figure with a guitar, an amplifier, two vinyl records and the texts "emulating pixies" and "treble scratch". One of the instruments which had been built in the space was placed on the floor next to the pillar. A drawing was attached to the pillar, it's lower edge resting on the instrument. The drawing depicted some vaguely sketched heads and two coffeecups. One of the takeaway coffeecups with coffeegrinds in it was placed upon the instrument. The other cup was placed on the floor right next it. A recorded cover-version of the song "Let's Just Fall in Love" by Marit Bergman was added to the CD on the inner eastern wall. A new drawing was also added to the wall, below the drawing of a figure playing guitar (to the right of the cut-out drawing of a rehearsal space): this one depicted a building with some instruments in it, a tangle of lines, a coffeecup and the text "The revolution starts on Monday". In the upper right hand corner of the drawing the cut-out drawing of the band Sonic Youth performing (which previously had been placed high up on the left hand side of the wall) was placed. Right below this one of the cut-out drawings of a building ("Studenternas Hus") was placed. One of the instruments (consisting of four strings) was placed leaning against the wall. The cut-out drawing of five figures on the floor by the inner eastern wall, next to the photograph of an "anarchy" sign, had it's five figures cut out. These were instead placed on the outer eastern wall, dispersed among the drawings there. Added to the outer eastern wall were also two new drawings, which were placed below the drawing of the landscape with the underground cavern. The first of these featured a head and a coffee-machine, some vegetation and the texts "ghostbrain coffee", "decaf" and "decaf spoiler". More drawings were cut out of the photocopied notebooks and scattered across the floor. |
